Refund Policy for Pikso Store

Pikso Store aims to ensure satisfaction with your curated boho-chic purchases. This Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on our Site.
1. Refund Eligibility
Standard Returns
Non-custom items are refundable within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact.
Custom Items
Bespoke furniture (e.g., custom wood tables, chairs) is non-refundable unless defective, due to its tailored nature.
Defective/Damaged
Items arriving damaged or defective qualify for a refund if reported within 7 days of delivery (see Shipping and Returns Policy).
2. Refund Process
Request
Email support@piksostore.com with your order number, reason, and (if applicable) photos of damage/defects.
Approval
After receiving and inspecting your return (per Shipping and Returns Policy), we’ll notify you of approval or rejection within 2 business days.
Processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank processing may add 3-5 days.
3. Refund Amount
Full Refund
Applies to eligible standard items or verified defective/damaged goods (excluding shipping costs).
Partial Refund
May occur if items are returned used or incomplete, at our discretion.
Shipping Fees
Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless Pikso erred (e.g., wrong item sent).
4. Non-Refundable Items
Custom-made furniture and gift cards are non-refundable unless defective.
